These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "T&C", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Member", "User", or "Player") and VVIP888 (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible athttps://vvip888.cam (hereinafter "the Platform" or "the Site").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on VVIP888, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all supplemental policies incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

VVIP888 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Malaysian players. All services are provided in English and all financial transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register and maintain a VVIP888 Member Account, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. VVIP888 strictly prohibits access to and use of its gaming services by persons under the age of 21. Age verification will be conducted during the KYC process.
2. You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You must not be a resident of or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of account registration or at any point during use of the Platform.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme — including any programme operated by VVIP888 or any third-party responsible gambling registry — that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
5. You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of VVIP888 or any affiliated company, game studio, or payment processing partner.
6. You must not already hold an active or suspended VVIP888 Member Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account at any time.
7. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Submission of false, misleading, or third-party information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

All Members are required to complete the VVIP888 registration process accurately and honestly. The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is detected.

Acceptable forms of KYC documentation include: a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a valid passport, or a government-issued driving licence accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming the Member's residential address.

• Each Member may hold only one (1) registered Account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. VVIP888 will not be liable for unauthorised access resulting from a Member's failure to secure their account details.
• Members must notify VVIP888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their Account by contacting support at [email protected].
• The Company may require re-verification of identity at any time, particularly where changes are made to account details or unusual account activity is detected.
• VVIP888 reserves the right to close or freeze any Account where KYC documentation is not provided within the timeframe requested.

VVIP888 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency channel is used.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 (RM50 for FPX bank transfer channels).
• Maximum deposit amount: RM30,000 per transaction (subject to payment method limits).
• Deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow are processed instantly. FPX transfers may take 5–15 minutes.
• Members may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• VVIP888 does not accept cash deposits or via postal order, cheque, or money transfer services not listed on the Platform.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50. Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction: RM30,000 (subject to method limits).
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the VVIP888 Member Account.
• VVIP888 targets the following withdrawal processing times: e-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX within 15 minutes; direct bank transfer within 60 minutes. These are target timeframes and not guarantees.
• Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Members who have not completed KYC may not be able to withdraw funds.
• Any funds deposited via a specific payment method should, where possible, be returned via the same method.
• VVIP888 reserves the right to apply standard anti-money-laundering checks to any withdrawal request, which may result in a temporary processing delay pending documentation review.

VVIP888 offers various promotional incentives to Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.

General Bonus Conditions applicable to all VVIP888 promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. For example, a 15x rollover on a RM100 bonus requires total bets of RM1,500 before withdrawal.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When playing with active Bonus Funds, the maximum permitted stake per bet is RM300 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds not used within the specified promotional period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from credit date) will be automatically forfeited from the Member's Account without notice.
• Maximum Cash-Out from Bonus: Winings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus value (e.g., 5x). Details are specified per promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Members may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming new bonus while another is active will result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Referal Bonus: Referral bonuses of RM38 per qualifying referral are credited upon the referred friend's first qualifying deposit. Both the referring Member and the new Member must meet the minimum deposit and verification requirements.
• VVIP888 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, amend its terms, or refuse bonus participation to any Member at its absolute discretion, with notice where reasonably practicable.

All bets, wagers, and gaming activities conducted on the VVIP888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports market, as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply across all gaming verticals:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it is binding. Members may not cancel or amend a placed bet except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• VVIP888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome that has been incorrectly priced due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error in odds compilation.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, VVIP888's records and the official result as recognised by the relevant sporting authority shall be conclusive and final.
• Live betting markets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and other sports events are subject to suspension and re-pricing in real time. Bets accepted before a suspension remain valid unless void conditions are met.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. If one selection is void, the Mix Parlay is recalculated excluding the void selection.
• Slot game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published RTP figures represent long-term theoretical return percentages, not guaranteed outcomes on individual sessions.
• VVIP888 reserves the right to impose maximum winings limits on any game category, promotional event, or jackpot, as may be communicated to Members from time to time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the VVIP888 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one (1) Member Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform, including but not limited to automated betting systems.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit the Platform's systems or other players.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing offseting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or exploiting pricing errors.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, or using another person's identity or payment account.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using the Platform in connection with money laundering or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Platform's software, game logic, or proprietary content.
• Engaging in any conduct that is harassing, abusive, or threatening toward VVIP888 staff or other Members via the Platform's communication channels.

All content on the VVIP888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the overall site design — is the property of VIP888 or its content and technology suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written consent from VVIP888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VVIP888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with a Member's use of the Platform.

VVIP888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VIP888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

VVIP888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms or any supplemental policy.
• The Member has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• The Account is being used in connection with fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Company.
• The Member has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the Responsible Gambling programme.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, the Company reserves the right to retain all Account balances pending investigation. Where a Member is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, all balances — including deposits and winings — may be forfeited at the Company's absolute discretion.

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method.

VVIP888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes seriously its obligations to protect vulnerable players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gambling tools accessible through every Member's Account settings.

VVIP888 strictly enforces a minimum age of21 years for all gaming activities. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed and all deposits returned. Winings accumulated on an underage account will be forfeited.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to manage their spending.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure maximum session duration reminders to encourage breaks during extended play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may apply for a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting support.

VVIP888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via a notice on the Platform or, where appropriate, by direct communication to the email address registered on the Account.

Amendments shall become effective on the date specified in the notice. Where no effective date is specified, amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in connection with any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

In the event of any inconsistency between the English language version of these Terms and any translation, the English language version shall prevail in all respects.
